Domino`s Pizza in Doha

One of the realest pizzas out of all the fast food types, but horrendous services. And that is not because of the staff working there, it's because it's terribly under-staffed. If your phone gets picked up you better make the most of your luck and buy a lottery ticket.Go for the extravaganza.

Chicken Ranch & Chicken BBQ in this branch is so delicious

Just below average. The quantity of toppings is very less than the usual. Also the quality is not good.

absolutely terrible customer service.they don't answer the phone, if they did, good luck getting your order if the guy you're calling is anywhere near "annoyed", and on top of that they got almost %70 of my orders wrong.either you go there directly or never bother with them.and besides, their pizzas are not that great either ways, Papa John's is better.

My Son ordered pizza to be delivered to West Bay area, no pizza delivered, could not use tracker app by Dominos, when phoned the lady rudely answered that they donot deliver in West Bay area, which is complete bonkers as they had been delivering Pizzas to West Bay in the past. I wish I could give less than one star

Menu says veggie paradise has fresh baby corn. No fresh baby corn put on pizza when we ordered. On calling the dominos pearl store Jaison the guy said complain on the website. No ownership. Very sloppy service and food.Very unlike Dominos that I know worldwide

In the beginning the pizza and the service was fine , now standards have dropped since around two months. Last time my request for extra olives was not served . And they rush to take order. Need to improve.

Perfect takeout pizza for the pearl/lusail area cos there's plenty of parking in the building, beautiful view of the canal while you wait for your order, and our wait was super short as wasn't busy (Thursday afternoon).I'm sure it won't stay quiet for long.Will be nice to eat outside beside the water in winter too. It should have been 4 cheese pizza but only have 2 kinds of cheese. Still tastes 4 cheese though. lol

Terrible service, I ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimate of 26 to 36 minutes to deliver, it has been one hour and I called 15 times no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional and inaccurate. Never again.

Honestly the absolute worst.I literally live around the corner and they said they didn't know where I lived. So a few days later I had a friend ready to explain it to them and I must have called them 5 times. FIVE TIMES around 11:30am and they never picked up the phone. I felt like going to the shop and asking what is their problem. But based on other reviews I don't think they're worth the walk in this heat.

The most reasonable food U’ll find in the entire area. Taste is good MD so is the service.

Missleading ad. As you can see the sms I got. When I went to the pearl branch to order for takeout, they refused to offer me the 50% and said you have to order online although it is not mentioned in the sms or on the website. Very bad experience. Won't order again. I have even tried to order online while I was in the store the lady said it wont show in our system which is again proves they have fake advertisement.
